Reglamento Interno del

A\/ Entry register.<\/strong>
In order to be entitled to enter the campsite, it is compulsory to present your ID card, passport or equivalent document, so that the corresponding entry form required by Spanish legislation can be drawn up.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

B\/ Right of admission.<\/strong>
Entrance to the campsite will not be allowed:
- Anyone carrying weapons or implements of unusual use which are likely to be used as such.
- When the established capacity has been reached.
- When the closing time has been exceeded.
- Anyone who causes or intervenes in disturbances.
- Anyone displaying clothing or symbols that incite violence, racism or xenophobia.
- Anyone displaying obvious drunkenness and\/or having consumed illegal substances.
- Anyone who traffics in illegal substances within the meaning of the relevant legislation.
- Anyone who does not present minimum conditions of personal hygiene in accordance with prevailing social customs and who, for this reason, may cause a nuisance to other people.
- To those persons who break the rules of coexistence and morality (reflected below), or who intend to enter or enter with the aim of carrying out activities other than those of the establishment. If this should happen while the persons are already inside, they will be expelled with the help of the State security forces and bodies, if necessary.
- The same applies to persons whose belongings are intended to occupy or occupy spaces that are manifestly disproportionate to the number of persons using them.
- Entry will also not be authorised to those persons in debt to the owner company for services rendered previously and for which the amounts have not been paid in due time.<\/p>

C\/ Compliance with standards.<\/strong>
All persons who are registered as clients or companions at the campsite are obliged to comply with the rules of COEXISTENCE AND MORALITY set out below, in order to maintain the principles of good neighbourliness and conservation of the services of common use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

RULES OF COEXISTENCE AND MORALITY<\/strong><\/p>

1-Respect for coexistence<\/strong>
- Any act that could be considered disrespectful or insulting to other campers, employees or management, causing discomfort or damage to people or their property, or that may be contrary to morals or good customs, is forbidden.<\/p>

2-Timetable<\/strong>
- Reception open and closed from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- The hours of silence are as follows: from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 8:00.
During these hours, the client will avoid any kind of noise, voices, discussions,
regulating noise equipment in such a way that it does not cause a nuisance to its users.

- The camping day will end at 12 noon, with the customer paying for an extra day after this time.
- The swimming pool is open from 11 am to 2.30 pm and from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
- The entrance gate for vehicles inside the campsite is closed at midnight until 9 a.m., and vehicles are not allowed to circulate inside the campsite.<\/p>

3-Plots<\/strong>
- It is forbidden to manipulate the ground (ditches, measurements, pipelines, cuttings), to change the place assigned in the reception or to invade another plot or the interior roads.
- It is not allowed to wash cars on the plot or to set up swimming pools.
- It is not allowed to have tools or equipment piled up under the caravans.
- No uncontrolled fires on the plots of land.
- The installation of signs or advertising of any kind is prohibited, as is the use of the plots for commercial or industrial purposes of any kind.
- Ropes, chains or similar may not be attached to water taps. Winds, dog chains, etc. must be attached to specially designed pegs.
- Only approved camping aids and articles are permitted. The same applies to the protection of the underside of caravans.<\/p>

4-Vehicle traffic<\/strong>
- From midnight until 9 a.m., vehicles are not allowed to circulate inside the site.
- The maximum speed of vehicles shall be 10 km\/h.<\/p>

5-Parking of vehicles<\/strong>
- All campers' vehicles must be parked in their assigned parking space. They are not allowed to park in the streets or on other plots or in any other place where they may cause a nuisance to others, unless expressly authorised by the management.
- Guests' vehicles returning to the campsite after closing time (00:00) must be parked outside the establishment.<\/p>

6-Domestic animals<\/strong>
- Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed on the campsite, provided that they are properly supervised by their owners so that they do not disturb the peace and quiet of their neighbours. They must be kept on a leash at all times, ensure that they do not cause noise, avoid inhabited areas and take care to pick up their droppings.
- All pets must be kept on a leash within the campsite grounds and always with their owner, not left alone on the pitch.
- For the presence of potentially dangerous dogs in public spaces, the use of a leash and a muzzle appropriate to their breed is compulsory.
- They shall provide proof of vaccination certificate and licence, where applicable, whenever required by the management.<\/p>

7-Visits<\/strong>
- Entry to the campsite is exclusively reserved for users of the campsite. In certain cases, at the request of the client and under their absolute responsibility, the Management may authorise the entry, always for a limited period of time, of family and friends, who will be obliged to hand in their documentation at the reception desk, which they will collect on leaving the campsite. If the visitor exceeds the time limit or makes use of any of the campsite's services, he\/she will be considered as a customer for one day.
- After 10 p.m. no visitors are allowed.<\/p>

8-Cleaning<\/strong>
- For reasons of cleanliness, aesthetics and good manners, it is forbidden to throw paper, cigarette butts, food waste or other objects on the ground. Waste bins are available for this purpose.
- It is compulsory to collect rubbish and waste in plastic bags, duly closed, which will be deposited in the containers provided for this purpose.
- It is compulsory to leave the site where the tent or caravan has been pitched in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived.<\/p>

9-Security<\/strong>
- For safety reasons it is forbidden to make any kind of fire inside the campsite, as well as the installation of watering devices and hoses.<\/p>

10-Waste Collection<\/strong>
- Ordinary rubbish must be thrown away properly bagged and separated in the containers intended for this purpose. Do not throw away anything inorganic such as wood, electrical appliances, chairs, etc., which must be taken to an authorised recycling point, as the campsite does not have one. In the event of non-compliance, the person responsible will be charged for the costs involved in collecting and transporting them.<\/p>

11-Electrical installations<\/strong>
- This Management reserves the right to check the client's electrical installations, when it considers it necessary, to avoid any type of damage to campers. If in any case the electricity supply has to be cut off, it will not be re-established until the customer's installation meets the minimum safety conditions.
- This company declines all liability arising from defective and\/or non-approved installations.<\/p>

12-Water use regulations<\/strong>
- The use of water that is not intended for drinking and hygiene purposes is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to use the fountains for washing clothes or dishes. They may only be used for drinking or collecting water.
- We recommend a responsible use of water.
- Where circumstances require and with appropriate signage, the Directorate may prohibit the consumption of water other than for human consumption.
- Water containing detergents or other toxic products may not be poured on the plots, trees, hedges, paths, river and in general in any place that is not intended for that purpose. Infringement of this point will be considered a SERIOUS offence.<\/p>

13-Parties<\/strong>
- The company reserves the right to vary the hours of silence and rest, in specific circumstances, coinciding with its own festivities and events, which will be announced in advance.<\/p>

14-Other obligations<\/strong>
- Campers must report any known cases of contagious disease to the Management.
- Respect plants, trees and facilities, making good use of them.
- Leaving the campsite at the end of the agreed period, unless this period is extended by mutual agreement between the Company and the Client.<\/p>

15-Responsibility<\/strong>
- The campsite is not responsible for theft, theft or damage of any kind that campers may suffer, as well as damage that may occur as a result of inclement weather (fire, air, rain, etc.).
- Parents are responsible for damage caused by their children or visitors in their care.<\/p>

16-Any deficiency<\/strong>
- Any defects or deficiencies observed by clients should be reported to the management so that they can be rectified as soon as possible.<\/p>

17-Sanctions<\/strong>

Reglamento Interno del Camping La Trapera A\/ Registro de entrada.Para tener derecho a entrar en el Camping es obligatorio presentar el DNI, el pasaporte o documento equivalente, al objeto que se pueda confeccionar la correspondiente ficha de entrada exigida por la legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola. B\/ Derecho de admisi\u00f3n.No se admitir\u00e1 la entrada al Camping:– A quien porte armas o utensilios de uso no habitual susceptibles de ser utilizados como tales.– Cuando el aforo establecido se haya completado.– Cuando se haya superado el horario de cierre.– A quien origine o intervenga en altercados.– A quien exhiba ropa o s\u00edmbolos que inciten a la violencia, el racismo o la xenofobia.– A quien muestre comportamiento evidente de estar en estado de embriaguez y\/o de haber consumido sustancias ilegales.– A quien trafique con sustancias ilegales a tenor de la legislaci\u00f3n correspondiente.– A quien no presente unas m\u00ednimas condiciones de higiene personal de acuerdo con los usos sociales predominantes y que, por este motivo, pueda causar molestias a otras personas.– A aquellas personas que incumplan las normas de convivencia y moralidad (reflejadas a continuaci\u00f3n), o que pretendan entrar o entren con el fin de realizar actividades distintas a las propias del establecimiento. Si esto sucediera estando las personas ya dentro, ser\u00e1n expulsadas con el auxilio de las fuerzas y cuerpos y seguridad del Estado, si fuera preciso.– En el mismo caso se encuentran aquellas personas que con sus pertenencias pretendan ocupar u ocupen espacios manifiestamente desproporcionados para el n\u00famero de personas que se sirvan de ello.– Tampoco se autoriza la entrada a aquellas personas DEUDORAS de la empresa propietaria por raz\u00f3n de servicios prestados con anterioridad y cuyos importes no se hubiesen hecho efectivos en su d\u00eda. En el sentido de los casos se\u00f1alados, se entender\u00e1 RESERVADO EL DERECHO DE ADMISI\u00d3N. C\/ Cumplimiento de las normas.Todas las personas que est\u00e9n registradas como clientes o acompa\u00f1antes en el Camping vendr\u00e1n obligadas a cumplir las normas de CONVIVENCIA Y MORALIDAD que se establecen a continuaci\u00f3n, con el fin de mantener los principios de buena vecindad y de conservaci\u00f3n de los servicios de utilizaci\u00f3n com\u00fan. NORMAS DE CONVIVENCIA Y MORALIDAD 1-Respeto a la convivencia– Queda prohibido cualquier acto que pueda considerarse como falta de respeto o insulto a los dem\u00e1s campistas, empleados o direcci\u00f3n, ocasionando molestias o perjuicio a las personas o a sus bienes, o que atenten contra la moral o las buenas costumbres. 2-Horarios– Apertura y cierre de recepci\u00f3n de 9:00 h a 22:00\u202fh.– El horario de silencio es el siguiente: de 14:00\u202fh a 17:00\u202fh y de 23:00\u202fh a 8:00\u202fh.Durante estas horas, el cliente evitar\u00e1 toda clase de ruidos, voces, discusiones,regulando los aparatos sonoros de manera que no causen molestias a susvecinos.– La jornada de acampada concluir\u00e1 a las 12\u202fh, abonando el cliente un d\u00eda m\u00e1s a partir de esta hora.– El horario de la piscina es de 11\u202fh a 14:30\u202fh y de 15:30 a 19:30\u202fh.– La puerta de entrada a veh\u00edculos por el interior del Camping se cierra a las 24\u202fh de la noche hasta las 9\u202fh de la ma\u00f1ana, no estando autorizada la circulaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos por el interior del recinto. 3-Parcelas– Prohibida toda manipulaci\u00f3n del suelo (zanjas, acotaciones, conducciones, desmontes), as\u00ed como cambiar el lugar asignado en recepci\u00f3n o invadir otra parcela o los viales interiores.– No se permite lavar coches en la parcela ni montar piscinas.– No se permite tener \u00fatiles o enseres amontonados debajo de las caravanas.– Prohibido hacer fuegos incontrolados en las parcelas.– Prohibida la instalaci\u00f3n de carteles o publicidad de cualquier tipo, as\u00ed como destinar las parcelas a fines comerciales o industriales de cualquier \u00edndole.– No se puede atar cuerdas, cadenas o similares a los grifos del agua. Los vientos, cadenas de perro, etc. deben ir sujetos a piquetas especialmente indicadas para ello.– Solamente est\u00e1n permitidos los avances y art\u00edculos autorizados de camping. Esto mismo se hace extensivo a la protecci\u00f3n de los bajos de las caravanas. 4-Circulaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos– Desde las 24\u202fh de la noche hasta las 9\u202fh de la ma\u00f1ana no est\u00e1 autorizada la circulaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos por el interior del recinto.– La velocidad m\u00e1xima de los veh\u00edculos ser\u00e1 de 10 Km\/h. 5-Aparcamiento de veh\u00edculos– Todos los veh\u00edculos de los campistas deber\u00e1n aparcar, obligatoriamente, en la plaza que les haya sido asignada, no estando autorizado hacerlo en las calles o en otras parcelas ni en cualquier otro lugar donde pueda causar molestias a los dem\u00e1s, salvo autorizaci\u00f3n expresa de la direcci\u00f3n.– Los veh\u00edculos del los clientes que regresen al Camping despu\u00e9s de la hora de cierre (00:00 horas), deber\u00e1n aparcar en el exterior del establecimiento. 6-Animales dom\u00e9sticos– Est\u00e1 autorizada la entrada en el Camping de animales dom\u00e9sticos (perros y gatos), siempre que est\u00e9n adecuadamente vigilados por sus due\u00f1os para que no alteren la tranquilidad de sus vecinos. Deber\u00e1n llevarlos siempre atados, ocuparse de que no provoquen ruidos, evitar las zonas habitadas y encargarse de recoger sus excrementos.– Todas las mascotas deber\u00e1n permanecer atadas dentro del recinto del Camping y siempre con su due\u00f1o, no dej\u00e1ndolas solas en la parcela.– Para la presencia en espacios p\u00fablicos de los perros potencialmente peligrosos ser\u00e1 obligatoria la utilizaci\u00f3n de correa y bozal adecuado para su raza.– Deber\u00e1n acreditar certificado de vacunaci\u00f3n y licencia, cuando corresponda, siempre que sea requerido por la direcci\u00f3n. 7-Visitas– La entrada al Camping queda exclusivamente reservada a los usuarios del mismo. En ciertos casos, a petici\u00f3n del cliente y bajo su absoluta responsabilidad, la Direcci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 autorizar la entrada, siempre por tiempo limitado previamente se\u00f1alado, de familiares y amigos que quedar\u00e1n obligados a entregar en la recepci\u00f3n su documentaci\u00f3n, que recoger\u00e1n a la salida. Si el visitante rebasa el tiempo prefijado o hace uso de cualquier servicio del camping, ser\u00e1 considerado como cliente para una jornada.– A partir de las 22 horas no se permiten las visitas. 8-Limpieza– Por razones de limpieza, est\u00e9tica y buena educaci\u00f3n, se proh\u00edbe tirar al suelo papeles, colillas, restos de comida u otros objetos.
