To book a pitch or accommodation, the client must contact and check availability on the desired dates. This can be done through the booking system on the website, by telephone or in person.<\/p>

\u00a0If free, the client must provide the management with his or her personal details and the booking will be made provisionally. In order for the reservation to be effective, a deposit of 50% of the stay must be paid in advance by credit card\/transfer\/deposit. The client has 24 hours to make the deposit.<\/strong>After this time the booking will be cancelled, meaning that the client has decided not to book. The rest of the amount will be paid at the entrance to the campsite, at the time of check-in.<\/p>

If the customer would like to change anything in his booking<\/strong>Please inform us before the day of your arrival and if you expect to arrive later than the closing time of the reception.
If you arrive at the campsite the day after your booking, you will not be credited for the day not used, just as if you decide to leave before the contracted day of departure.<\/p>

In case of cancellation of a reservation<\/strong>of the advance payment, the following percentage shall be reimbursed:<\/p>

  • 95% if 30 or more days' notice is given.<\/li>
  • 50% if 15 days notice is given.<\/li>
  • 0% if less than 15 days notice is given.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The minimum stay for accommodation bookings depends on the season and the accommodation chosen.<\/p>

    • BUNGALOW check-in time FROM 14:00h.<\/li>
    • Check-in time PARCELA FROM 12:00h midday.<\/li>
    • BUNGALOW check-out time BEFORE 12:00 noon.<\/li>
    • Check-out time PARCELA BEFORE 12:00 noon.<\/li><\/ul>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      There is a deposit of 50\u20ac for ALL accommodation.<\/strong> It will be paid in cash on arrival. If everything is correct at the end of the stay, the deposit will be returned in full. In case of damage or lack of cleaning will be deducted from it.<\/p>

      • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation.<\/strong>In case of non-compliance, the deposit will not be refunded.<\/li>
      • It shall be left clean and collected as delivered.<\/strong>clean kitchen utensils and rubbish deposited in the containers provided for this purpose.<\/li><\/ul>

        Reservas y cancelaciones del Camping La Trapera Para la reserva de parcela o alojamiento, el cliente deber\u00e1 contactar y comprobar disponibilidad en las fechas deseadas. Puede hacerlo a trav\u00e9s del sistema de reservas de la p\u00e1gina web, por tel\u00e9fono o en persona. \u00a0Si estuviese libre, el cliente deber\u00e1 facilitar a la direcci\u00f3n sus datos personales y se realizar\u00e1 la reserva con car\u00e1cter provisional. Para que sea efectiva, dicha reserva deber\u00e1 abonar un 50% de la estancia, como anticipo, mediante tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito\/transferencia\/ingreso. El cliente dispone de 24 horas para efectuar el ingreso, pasados los cuales la reserva ser\u00e1 anulada, entendiendo que el cliente ha decidido no reservar. El resto del importe ser\u00e1 pagado a la entrada al camping, en el momento del check-in. Si el cliente quisiera modificar algo de su reserva, tendr\u00e1 que comunicarlo antes del d\u00eda de su llegada, as\u00ed como si se prev\u00e9 llegar posteriormente al horario de cierre de la recepci\u00f3n.Si efect\u00faa su llegada al Camping el d\u00eda posterior a su reserva, no se le abonar\u00e1 el d\u00eda no disfrutado, igual que si decide marcharse antes del d\u00eda de salida contratado. En caso de anulaci\u00f3n de una reserva, del anticipo entregado, se devolver\u00e1 el siguiente porcentaje: El 95% si avisa con 30 o m\u00e1s d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n. El 50% si avisa con 15 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n. El 0% si avisa con menos de 15 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n. La estancia m\u00ednima para reservas en alojamientos depender\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n de la temporada y del alojamiento escogido. Hora de check-in BUNGALOW A PARTIR DE LAS 14:00h. Hora de check-in PARCELA A PARTIR DE LAS 12:00h del mediod\u00eda. Hora de check-out BUNGALOW ANTES DE LAS 12:00h del mediod\u00eda. Hora de check-out PARCELA ANTES DE LAS 12:00h del mediod\u00eda. \u00a0 Existe una fianza de 50\u20ac para TODOS los alojamientos. Se realizar\u00e1 en efectivo a la llegada. Si todo es correcto al finalizar la estancia se devolver\u00e1 \u00edntegramente la fianza. En caso de desperfectos o falta de limpieza se descontar\u00e1n de la misma. Queda terminantemente prohibido fumar en el interior de los alojamientos, en caso de incumplirse no se devolver\u00e1 la fianza. Se dejar\u00e1 limpio y recogido tal como fue entregado; utensilios de cocina limpios y la basura depositada en los contenedores destinados a tal efecto.
